Children's fitness

Children's fitness is aimed at flat feet and incorrect posture prevention, at conditioning to the cold and strengthening the muscular corset and more.

Group lessons for children 4 – 6 years old

Yoga for Children promotes flexibility, strength and coordination. Practicing yoga helps prevent incorrect posture. Classes are held in the form of the play with the plot movements and role assignments which motivate children to the correct performance of the exercises. Class duration (minutes): 30

Cheerful Ball is a coordinating and developing lesson with the ball. Ball is a great tool for the development of dexterity, response speed and accuracy. Variety of training exercises in a form of the play will be remembered by a child for a long time. Class duration (minutes): 30

Acrobats is a difficult coordinating fitness class with acrobatic elements which helps to develop agility, response speed and flexibility. Practicing acrobatics the entire body muscles are used to cope with the new tasks. Class duration (minutes): 30

Fizkult-Ura is the health and fitness class designed to strengthen all muscle groups of the musculoskeletal system. Class duration (minutes): 30

Fidget game is a fitness class with activities like overcoming obstacles and active games. This lesson designed to develop agility, flexibility. A child learns to find his/her bearings by realizing various tasks on quick-wittedness. Also child gains sports skills, strengthens muscles and develops response speed. The class promotes conscious discipline, perseverance in overcoming difficulties and strength in facing challenges. Class duration (minutes): 30

Correctional programs for children aged 4-6:

Sportsmen is corrigent fitness class aimed at correcting and preventing posture problems, strengthening of muscles, body, bone and ligaments, cardiovascular and respiratory systems. Class duration (minutes): 30-45 (at the couch discretion)

Top-top is a fitness class that focused on the longitudinal and transverse flatfoot problem. In this class the child learns to run and jump, crawl and climb. Class duration (minutes): 30

Group programs for children aged 7-13:

Yoga Class - Yoga develops flexibility and strength. It strengthen muscular system which  helps prevent incorrect posture. Class duration (minutes): 45.

Acrobatics is a lesson with acrobatic elements which develops agility, responsiveness and flexibility. Acrobatics makes the entire body fit.  The child learns to deal with new difficult tasks and derive pleasure from it. Class duration (minutes): 45.

Super power is a high impact class with special equipment designed to develop all the physical characteristics as strength, agility, endurance, flexibility, speed, balance and equilibrium in their harmonious combination. Class duration (minutes): 45.

Plasticine is a fitness class aimed at muscle stretching, developing flexibility and improvement of joint mobility. Class duration (minutes): 45.

Runner is a coordinating and developing lesson with activities like overcoming obstacles and active games designed to develop all the physical characteristics and the development of basic motor skill. A child learns to find his/her bearings by realizing various tasks on quick-wittedness and teamwork. Class duration (minutes): 45.

Correctional programs for children aged 7-13:

Beautiful posture is a fitness class aimed at correction and prevention posture problems and flat feet. It helps to strengthen torso muscles, bones and ligaments, cardiovascular and respiratory systems. Class duration (minutes): 45.
