    Active practice for those who has taken up yoga for more than a year. We learn inversion postures, hand balances, dynamic joints.
  • YOGA SPINE (HEALTHY BACK)

    Yoga is a practice with special complex of exercises aimed to strengthen the back muscles and relieve the pain. For all level of preparedness.
  • UNIVERSAL YOGA 120

    This a full Yoga system that provides understanding of practice from the basic level to final implementation. The Universal Yoga methods includes all available Yoga arsenal: Asanas and Vinyasas, Pranayamas, Concentration and Meditation, Kryas performance, methods of achievement of double state of consciousness.
  • BIOMECHANICS IN YOGA

    Biomechanics in asanas. System of teaching sensomotor and meta skills, and development of psychophysical qualities.
  • YOGA MEDITATION

    The class is designed for work with conscious and attention concentration. It includes practice of asanas/ body postures, vinyas/ dynamic shifts, pranayamas/ breathing techniques and the meditation itself. The class is intended for harmonization of the interaction of mind and body.

    Power class designed for training of buttocks and corporal muscles. For all level of preparedness.
FUNCTIONAL AND CARDIO TRAINING

  • JUMPING

    This is a system of cardio trainings on mini trampolines. In course of jumping session steady steps, swaying and balance exercises are interchanged with intense sprint and high jumps. It includes aerobic preliminary training with simple steps, squat jumps on two or one leg. Simple exercises burn out up to 800 kcal per hour. The trampoline does not overload the joints and spine. The classes are held in interval mode, that allows to slightly speed up metabolism after the training.
  • JUMPING + POWER

    This is a system of cardiotrainings on mini trampolines that are interchanged with power and functional exercises with small weights on the floor.
  • POWER TRAINING

    Power/ circle training. One of the most power-burning classes that develop all the basic motor properties. During the classes we focus on simultaneous processing of several muscle groups with corporal stabilizing muscles.
  • SUPER SCULPT

    This is a hanging system for trainings with personal body weight. The training is designed for improvement of the body relief, coordination of movements in all axes. For all levels of preparedness.
  • CYCLE SPRINT

    High-intensity cardiotraining. Imitation of bicycle race across the rough terrain. It is pure drive and speed. Edge out! Be the first!
  • CYCLE HARD

    Bicycle race simulation on steady bicycles under the energetic music. The main work is focused on high resistance. For the medium level and higher.
  • CYCLE INTERVAL
