• One week prior to arrival it is recommended to exclude from a diet: meat, meat products, variety meats, meat broths, alcohol, coffee, salt, bread and flour products, baked foods, confectioneries.
• Recommended volume of liquid: 1,5-2 liters of clean drinking water a day.
• Ration base: cereals, vegetables, fruits, vegetable oil, herbs, seafood, fish, juices, fermented milk products (kefir, yogurt, low-fat cottage cheese), honey.
• Cooking method: minimum thermal processing
• A day before arrival: fasting day on any mono product: flax, buckwheat, millet, rice

• Biochemical blood test (ALT, AST, total bilirubin, lipidogram, glucose, glycated HB, TSH, free T3, free T4, antibodies to thyroid peroxidase, insulin, extended coagulogram, total protein,urinary acid, area, creatinine, gamma-glutamyltransferase, alkaline phosphotase) - validity 1 month
• UAC (with leucoformula, ESR) - valid for 1 month
• ECG - valid for 1 month (for patients over 40 years old)
• Passport

FOR WOMEN:

• Diseases of the urogenital system (grade 3-4 renal insufficiency, urolithiasis).
